In early December, I noticed my Fitbit wasn't recording my steps to my Noom account. Since it often lagged about a week, I wasn't too worried. But it's been over a month and I can't get them to sync again. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 If you haven't tried yet, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  2. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
