Luxe won't sync my steps to the FItbit

I don't know if this is a Luxe issue or app issue.  The app doesn't show the steps I took the last 2 days (which was over 15k per day).  It was slow to show the elliptical I did, but those did eventually show up.  But no steps.

Can this be fixed?

To better assist you, may I know if you're experiencing syncing difficulties? When was the last time sync? Did you sync your Luxe before this incident? If you're having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I don't know if I'm having synching issues.  I don't know the last time, or even how to do that.  I thought that was all done automatically.
It counted my steps on Wednesday, and every day prior to that, but stopped somewhere between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

I visited that link, and saw how to sync.  I tried that, but it didn't change anything.  Steps from Thursday and Friday still not there.

Having the same issue and have tried to fix per your instructions and still not showing on the app. Any further ideas??

Yeah. Love the Fitbit, but the app isn’t the best.
