Luxe won't sync to my Fitbit app anymore

I forgot to sync my Fitbit luxe for a month and now it won’t update and sync. On the app it says that it is on 16% when it is on about 80%. Also because my watch isn’t syncing it is a day ahead but on the right time this makes me a bit confused. The last problem Is my luxe is only lasting about 3 to 4 days instead of a week.
I have had my luxe for about 9 months now. Is it at the end of its life?

Hi there, @RJMurray_86. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please note that the wrong time and date as well as the wrong battery level are due to your Luxe hasn't sync recently. Once you manage to sync your Luxe, both the time and the battery should start showing correctly.

With the above being said, please try the following steps:

1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.

If the issue persists, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, since you haven't used your Luxe for a month, I recommending making sure that both, your Luxe and Fitbit app are up-to-date.
