Luxe won't sync to my Fitbit app unless I restart it

Hi there

 

I've had my Luxe for a couple of weeks now, and pretty much every day I have to restart it in order for it to sync with the app.  Does anyone else have this problem?  This is starting to get a bit old.

This is happening to me too. I read that you can manually restart in settings on your luxe but will have to do this every time to get it to sync. So frustrating.

Yeah, I was told the same. My phone and Fitbit sync fine and dandy,
thankfully. It's just the extract HR tracking. My workouts look like HIIT
sessions and trust me, they are not! It is so frustrating to know you
average a 145-155 HR during a cardio session and my Luxe tells me I was
outside of any zones for a large portion of the workout. 😞

Where is the restart option? I don’t see it under settings. Thank you.
