Just purchased Fitbit Luxe. However, it will not sync with my iPhone11. I tried turning off and on the bluetooth on my phone, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the charger and pushing the charger button 3 times. I also did both of those things together as well as alone.
Any suggestions as to what is going on?
