I took delivery of my Fitbit Luxe yesterday 31/12/2021 & managed to get it all set up ok. The last time it had a sync was at 5:25am & since then nothing. I have tried to do a manual sync it by following the instructions to sync for my iPhone 11 in the help guide, clicking on the picture of my device; however, the little sync icon where is shows the last time of my sync is greyed out so I can’t select it and I am unable to locate the ‘sync now’ option? Is anyone else experiencing this or can someone guide me to ‘sync now’ easier than the help instructions.

Hi there, @JoCo68. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If your Luxe doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.
