Got same problem, it has always been working flawlessly until today.....Reinstalled app, cleared data, hard reset.....app got stuck here forever...in this page....did u manage to fix it?

No, was not able to. Samsung recommended I take to be looked at

No, did everything you did with no luck.  Phone won't even connect to, my cars Bluetooth now.  Phone needs to be taken a samsung repair shop.  The local is closed for 2 weeks.
