I got my luxe for Christmas.... it worked OK up until 2 days ago . The time and date reverted back to 1 Jan 0000 and now I'm unable to sync with android phone. I've tried all the usual tips - redownloading app and Bluetooth etc.
It seems that my phone can see the luxe via Bluetooth until I download the app then it s unable to find the luxe. Soooo frustrating.

I’m having some serious sync issues too. I’ve had this luxe for about 2 years but a recent update has stopped some things syncing.
for example it now takes about 20 mins to sync, and it’s not registering any active minutes or exercise??!! Fitbit need to sort this ASAP
