Hi, since sunday at 15:00 my app stoped sincing with my device, in any time i checked my Bluetooth conection was on, i have deleted the app and instaled ir again two times, i’ve restarted my device also several times, and at Thievy point, even my device has stoped tracking my steps, please help!, i only started using this model since May .

I am also unable to sync and have reset and reinstalled with no luck.
