Since last Monday, my Luxe is not suddenly synching with the app. I have reset my luxe, un-installed the app, un paired, repaired , shut the phone off/on. Tried to re-pair again. When I do try to synch, its gets stuck midway. I'm 3 hours off on my time. The batterie was drained quickly yesterday. I really dont know what to do.
