Luxe won't sync

I have a Fitbit luxe for a year now and it worked well but did lag a big on syncing, but now I open the app and sync and sync, I remove it from Bluetooth and re add. No dice. It’s driving me nuts bc I haven’t been able to see how I’m sleeping for over a week and it’s super important to my health right now. I also have premium, feeling like I’m paying for nothing.

Any tips?
