1. 'Sync Now' is not a highlighted option on my phone screen App so cannot do it that way.
2. When I move onto 'Gallery', I get message on my phone 'Unable to connect to Device' etc.(in order to choose new clock face). It must be connected as my steps done etc are showing on the different devices ok!
According to everything else, I am connected - I have redone Bluetooth etc. This is getting really frustrating as I've only had the device a couple of days!! Please help.

Hi, @Newbie3 welcome, if you want to sync your "Luxe" go to the Fitbit app on your phone's "Today" screen and slide your finger down and release, you should then see the green Sync progress bar at the top of the screen. You do not confirm you have an internet connection on your phone (via WiFi or cellphone signal) this is needed for syncing. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? maybe of interest.
If you are still stuck please post here again.
