Hello,
according to the following article , the outage/ issue across the cloud had been resolved. The issue persists for me despite trying all the troubleshooting steps. Hi, @Nik-tk , firstly welcome to the community, your post is rather old now & I wondered if you have resolved the issue. As you note the outage was resolved (after about 5 hours) but you still had a syncing problem.
Please post here again if you are still stuck.
