Every time I open the app, it tells me it can't sync without internet access. It's at home, with a robust wifi; all other app can access it. It gives me a link to open settings, when I do there's no selection to allow the app to access wifi - just cellular data. When I retunr to the app, it works- until the next time.
Sometimes the app doesn't open, the screen is ther with the title, but the rest is blank - no data, ni feilds, just a title.

@DonsBike Yes, I have noticed this too. Force closing the app and opening it fresh has helped and takes away the "Can't sync without internet access" pop up. A restart of your phone might help as well.

Having this issue SEVERAL times a day. Even more fun, it shows the error WHILE ITS SYNCING. But you still have to restart the app, or click the message to make it go away…..

Yes, the user has a way out of the problem, we've all found the same way to get done what we need to do - but the problem keeps on happening. We - the users - can't solve it, only improvise a way around it. The developers of the APP have to fix their mistake!
