Hi, my fit bit doesn’t seem to be logging my zone minutes when I’m on the treadmill, can anyone tell me why or how to fix this? Thanks

Hi there, @Tess78. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

I agree with @Heather-S, as your heart rate is key to getting active zone minutes. It sounds like there was a short period where your heart rate dropped below the fat burn threshold.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Luxe by following these instructions. Then, perform a new activity to see if it is recorded correctly. For information about how you earn Active Zone Minutes please visit this article.

When you are not wearing your Luxe, please make sure the green lights are pointed to the ceiling rather than at any object that could interfere with the readings.

@Tess78 Hello! Are you walking at a brisk pace? Is your heart rate monitor working? Personally, I find that I don't get many zone minutes (or sometimes none at all) when I'm walking at a leisurely pace (below a 3.3mph pace). I often need to walk at a brisk pace (3.5mph +) to earn zone minutes (fat burn zone or zone 2 at a minimum). This Help article on Active Zone Minutes might help answer some questions as well.
