Luxe won't track altitude

Hi, how come we still can’t see the altitude on tracked exercises via connected GPS, the data will be there ?

Hi there, @Dom123456. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

 

Please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Fitbit Luxe, you can click this link: Fitbit Luxe User Manual.

Hi, thanks but this is a poor response, I’m asking about altitude/elevation that is tracked via connected GPS when hiking, cycling, etc - in meters, floors are irrelevant, connected GPS has nothing to do with the Luxe hardware.
