Luxe won't track my GPS bike route

My Luxe GPS worked perfectly on a bike ride a week ago.  Then stopped tracking.  Did chat w customer service & installed latest update: 58.20001.146.4. GPS wont work at all now.  Not walk, run or bike.  Any help would be appreciated.  I'm pretty frustrated with Luxe tracker.

@Cjb-c Could you please go to the Settings (Top Right Corner) for Luxe on your Dashboard on fitbit.com and check if the GPS is enabled for all exercises?

Hi there, @Cjb-c. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how frustrating this can be. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and Customer Service. 

As @Marrrmaduke has mentioned and suggested, with Fitbit Luxe you can track Bike as it's one of the 20 exercises included in the Exercise app. For more information, see Which workouts can I track in the Exercise app on my Fitbit device? 

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? 

With that said, after you end your workout, open the Fitbit app and tap the Exercise tile to see a workout intensity map that shows your route, distance, heart-rate zones, and pace.
