Luxe won't track my Skin Temperature

Hello,

I have a new Fitbit luxe. App is updated, firmware is updated, force stopped app and restarted phone, have been wearing it every night for over 7 days per all other posts and still nothing. The band is secure on my wrist, not too tight and not loose. What else could be the problem?
