I just bought a luxe yesterday and wore it to bed. Despite having the latest firmware and the SpO2 app installed, it still reads "--".
I bought this mainly to have an SpO2 readout while flying (most small planes are unpressurized,) but this thing refuses to read even while I'm asleep.
How do I get this thing to actually work?

Hi there, @rpayne88. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Since you're seeing only dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the following:
