Luxe won't track my data

I have a luxe and it doesn't keep track of anything. It counts my steps, but no active hours, how is that even possible? Yesterday, it worked just fine. Today, is records everything but it's like it's not processing any of the data.

Hi there, @Mama_Fran. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, click here. Then, please make sure to sync your Fitbit device.
