Luxe won't track my data

I charged my fitbit Luxe  today....now it isn't working.  The time is correct but it is not counting any steps, stuck at 10039 for the day and it is no longer counting my heart rate.  Also, the battery dropped from 1--% to 74% in 1 1/2 hrs

Hi there, @MaryP078. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe. 

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

As for the battery, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
