Luxe won't track my distance accurately

I'm not sure if I am in the right place, but my luxe suddenly won't track my miles accurately. I just walked 3 miles at over 6k steps and it tells me that was only 1 mile. However last week on Friday it was fine. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
