I have had a Luxe for about a year, and it has always counted about 20 steps to 1/100 mile, or 200 steps for every tenth of a mile. Suddenly, it now takes 80 steps to increase each 1/100 mile. I did well over 10,000 steps yesterday, yet the mileage only showed a little over 2 miles. Every other day 10,000 steps would be over 4 miles. What happened?

Hi there, @ScoobyDLabbe. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe.
Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Please bear in mind that Fitbit devices record your data based on your personal information (age, gender, weight and height). To update your stride length, track a run with GPS or measure your stride length manually. For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
When you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects. For more information, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
