Luxe won't track my exercises

My fitbit is not registering my activity as exercise. It is tracking my activity and zone minutes. I have tried restarting the luxe, restarting my phone, force stopping the app, turning bluetooth off and back on. Nothing has worked.

To set up exercise shortcuts check out the end of this video 

To look into the auto-recognize feature check out the manual "Exercise & Heart Health"
