My Luxe heart rate is completely wrong. I followed the support instructions and it worked for one workout. Then, the next morning workout, my heart rate was at 139 (using other heart-rate monitor) and the Fitbit said 83. I tried all the things - resetting, turning heart-rate on and off, wiping it off, changing position, tightening, loosening, switching the side of my wrist. It is incredibly frustrating to be putting in the work, and for the FitBit to not be able to accurately track my heart-rate. I’m ready to ask for a refund and cancel my premium membership.

I’m having the opposite problem! I’m sitting on my couch reading this reply and Fitbit says my heart rate is 119! It was high as 130 while I was reading Facebook a little while ago! No way that was right. My pulse oximeter says 71 which makes more sense to me..
