Luxe won't track my heart rate accurately

From my heart rate dropping from 145 to 65 in the middle of riding the stationary bike, to this today.

I have reset, the band is tight and 1 inch or less from my wrist. What's going on?

I'm not sure what is going on @Maryrca but your screen shot is only showing a glance at the overall stays of the event, and no detail

@Rich_Laue Her app is showing the same Elliptical session, started at 11:55, with different durations, average HR, calories, AZM, etc.

 

@Maryrca How did you record this session? Did you start it from the Fitbit tracker, the app or auto-recognized. I used to have issues where fitbit would double log walks and runs, which stopped after a while. I never figured out why.

Without seeing the detail screens, we will not be able to ( maybe.) answer the question of "what is going on"

Maybe heart rate was lost for a while, that would answer as to why.

Hi @charleskn I've been using the app in the Luxe because without it, it wasn't recording anything.

Now, I use the app, turn it off when I'm done... and then a couple hours later (when I've been sitting at my desk or driving) suddenly I have another 60 minutes showing that I didn't earn.

So it goes from not recording to recording the exercise... and then making up another session? It doesn't seem to actually track my heart rate. Just starts back up and assumes I'm still exercising.

Look at the time on the two, @Rich_Laue. It seems to think I was using two machines at once...

You mention starting and stopping in the app, I'd this the app on the Luxe, or in the fitbit app on the phone.

App on the Luxe.

I've now reset, wiped the data from the Luxe and reconnected it to the phone app. Today's outsize zone minutes still there, but the heart rate doesn't move or track.
