Luxe won't track my heart rate for my mindfulness sessions

I just got a new Luxe. I've done two mindfulness exercises. Both times, it says that my heart rate wasn't tracked during the exercise. My heart rate is being tracked for workouts / throughout the day. Is there something I need to turn on to record my heart rate during the mindfulness exercises?

Hi @Mjod23,

 

I just did a "Mindfulness" session on the Luxe and mine was able to detect a heart rate.  Did you stay still the entire time?
