I have been wearing the lux Fitbit for 24 hour and it’s still not picking up a heart beat.??

To better assist you, may I know if you performed a restart or factory reset on your Luxe?

Hi there, @Quicks. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Since you just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

I just had a cardioversion to reset my heart rate but the Luxe continues to show the old faster heart rate. How long should I wait before the Luxe "settles down" and shows an accurate heart rate?
