Luxe won't track my resting heart rate

For last 3 days I can’t get a resting heart rate reading even though Fitbit luxe is charged

Hi there, @El-. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not tracking your resting heart rate. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe by following these steps. 

If the restart doesn't work and your Luxe is still not tracking your heart rate, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

My heart rate monitor and sleep details stopped working after 1/4/24 on my Luxe.  I’ve done a software update, restarted my Fitbit, cleaned contacts, switched watch to other arm, tightened watch band. Many others are having the same issues - similar time frame. Time for Apple Watch?
