Luxe won't track my sleep data accurately

I was so excited to get this watch and for the special edition gorjana strap one and it's useless. It's only tracking my steps and my heart rate accurately it seems. The sleep tracking is off and  keeps telling me I've had a hours sleep at most. It's not tracking my skin temperature or anything else. Ive reset it multiple times and cannot see why it's not working correctly. What a waste of money!!

Hi there, @Symoneb. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

As for the skin temperature, please note that it is available for Luxe users by going to your Health Metrics tile. If you don't have Premium, you can only see 7 days of data. If you have Premium, you can see more than 7 days of historical data. If you cannot see your skin temperature data on the health metrics tile, it may be because the device has not yet been worn for at least 3 nights.
