Luxe won't track my sleep data accurately

  • I upgraded from an HR to a Luxe about a year ago. Whilst the model looks sleek the functionality really isnt great. It doesn't pick up workouts well and the main issue is the sleep. Now barely recording 2 nights week and even then saying 2-3 hours sleep. Ive tried turning on off, wearing looser, tighter, moving on wrist etc. Actually getting quite bored of this now. The HR was terrific but this model is a real disappointment. Can anyone help me with anymore suggestions particularly on the sleep.

Hi there, @Mand75. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

As a first approach, please take a look at the help article shared by @Gr4ndp4.

Additionally, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

If the above doesn't work, may I know if you've noticed inconsistencies in your heart rate readings during the day? If so, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Hi thank you for the reply on my luxe mis-tracking of sleep. Unfortunately now the screen has gone completely white. I have charged, reset it and now its is functioning but with a strange blueish green screen! I think it's about 12 months old thank you
