Luxe won't track my sleep data accurately

Sleep tracking stopped tracking at 4am! This is getting old. I’ve had trouble with my Fitbit most of February! Worked a few days since last update, then malfunctioned again last night.

Hi, @Suzala , accurate sleep tracking requires a consistent heart rate reading.  If you are sleeping in a position where your HR cannot be read (such as a very flexed wrist) or if your battery is very low (below 20%) you may find that sleep tracking fails.

Could this explain your issue?

Thank you for responding! My Fitbit was fully charged. Maybe it was the heart rate, but I got HR readings, so not sure.
