Luxe won't track my sleep data

My Luxe won’t track my sleep anymore? It doesn’t show my sleep score and sometimes doesn’t even show the amount of sleep or restlessness… my Fitbit is new last month, fully updated and the sleep set up is on sensitive mode. Any advice?

Hi there, @abidowling. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

This doesn’t help. I’ve had my Luxe for two months and it won’t track my sleep. It’s secure on my wrist, so don’t tell me that noise. Does this device just suck? Because it also doesn’t track steps well and will stop tracking my heartbeat when in exercise mode. Thinking of ditching for a Garmin.
