I've used a fitbit for years. After my old Alta's battery was too weak, I bought a versa 3. No matter how many hacks I did, I couldn't get it to read my sleep. I thought it was the watch, so I returned it and bought a luxe. It's been a week and the luxe can't read my sleep either! Has there been a change in the system? I tried my Alta, and it still works for sleep! What is going on? I want a smart watch!

@Ophelia606 Is your heart rate being recorded during the night/sleep? Do you have any sleep presets set in the fitbit mobile app such as bed time etc? If yes, please clear them.
