Luxe won't track my sleep data

I've had my lux for a couple of months now and it has never once tracked my sleep. I do not use the sleep now button,  keep it high up on my wrist, I keep it tight, I sleep for more than 6 hours, I have changed positions to see if that helps, its always charged, I've cleaned off the sensors, I have bought a new charger, I have  read every single troubleshooting form that there possibly is and no matter what I do it will not track my sleep. I had the HR inspire but my dog chewed it up so I thought I'd upgrade. My mistake.

Its past its return date so I'm ready to just trash it and go back to the HR Inspire, which NEVER FAILED ME ONCE!
