Luxe won't track my sleep data

I woke the other morning to find the layout on my app had changed.( premium hasn’t ended, it’s only 4 months old ) no sleep tracked at all but has recorded my heart through the night   . I am sick of constantly running into issues and being told to restart device/uninstall and reinstall app/turn Bluetooth on and off blah blah! Yes I wore it correctly or it wouldn’t have tracked my heart through the night. Nothing works, more and more issues as time goes on, am near the end of my patience with this crap now.

Hi there, @Loren-Amii. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

 

Additionally, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

 

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading. The band should feel secure but not too tight. 
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Hi, battery is over 70%. Slept as I always do- as I said it tracked my heart through the night just not the sleep. I slept for 8 1/2 hours, and wore the band as I always have. I didn’t use begin sleep now as I have never needed to prior to this issue. What is raising the most suspicion for me is that my app layout had changed when I woke up the morning before ( advanced sleep analytics had gone ) and now won’t track sleep. I am still on premium so not sure what the issue is here.
