I hope someone can help. The first two nights my sleep score was calculated. It suddenly stopped the past three nights. It just tells me when I’m asleep or awake. I know that already… I got the Fitbit for the score. I have updated the app, restarted my phone, and rebooted the Fitbit several times. Nothing has worked.
Do I need to go into the sleep tile and log begin sleep now? Or do I just go to sleep and it should automatically track?
thank you!

Hi there, @BellaDani. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how important it is to you to receive your sleep stages.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

Thank you! I just wanted to circle back and confirm this recommendation did work. I made sure my Fitbit was securely on my wrist. I let it detect my sleep automatically (previously I had gone into the sleep log and clicked “begin sleep” or “start sleep” - I can’t remember the exact wording). My sensitivity level is selected “normal” as opposed to “sensitive.” I have had sleep scores for the past two nights. I hope this helps anyone else searching for this topic.
