Luxe won't track my sleep score

My Luxe watch shows the correct time, but the sleep log for the past 4 days is in Pacific Time. (I’m in ET.) I did travel to the West Coast a month ago but I’ve been back for weeks now and it’s been logging correctly until now.

I tried disconnecting Bluetooth and reconnecting it. And I tried turning off the automatic time zone setting and turning it back on, but neither worked. The time zone in the app is correct.

Hi there, @Bree13. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the times on your sleep score are not accurate. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue with your Luxe prior to posting here. I understand where your concern is coming from.

I've seen you contacted our
Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
