Luxe won't track my sleep times accurately

Luxe sleep records me as awake over an hour but I was not awake at all. It records my sleep time much shorter than it was. Any tips for better accuracy on sleep?

I've had the same problem for the past 2 nights. It even records a high-intensity workout in the middle of the night. Is there something wrong?

Your answer had me wondering if we "chase rabbits" in our sleep like our pets do!! Not likely. I went to my settings and turned off the sleep details section leaving only the length of time I sleep. Maybe that will do it. I also find that the only way I get an accurate count of my steps is to wear it on my ankle. I had the same problem with my flex 2, only this luxe long strap is barely long enough.

I'm having the same issue.

I must walk funny because Luxe works almost perfectly on my ankle. Since I'm not a contortionist, I cannot use it as a watch, but sleep, steps, and all else are correct. As for putting exercise in the middle of the night, that no longer happens, but it does add an afternoon nap to nighttime sleep I'd like a longer strap though. I had to wear my older Flex 2 on my ankle as well. Just using the app on my phone to find out what it records.
