Luxe won't track my sleep while I'm on the bus on my way home

I live on the go. I sleep on a moving bus at night but have noticed ever since I got the Luxe that it will only track my sleep when the vehicle isn’t moving. So it only tracks my sleep for about an hour at night because the rest of my sleep is when someone is driving me and my coworkers to our next location. I do not use GPS on the Luxe hoping that this would prevent it from trying to count that as extra steps. Please help so I can use this in my lifestyle.  Thanks

Hi there, @ashsweetgurl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please note that when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. When you make significant movements like rolling over, your device records time spent awake. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

People have noticed the same thing when in airplanes.

Apparently when the arm is bouncing around, the device can not detect sleep.

One option is to use the manual sleep now found in the fitbit app. Or log the sleep after the fact. I would try both.
