Luxe won't track my steps and bands won't stay on

My bands won’t stay clipped. And it’s not tracking my steps

Hi there, @MrsMJThompson. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not tracking your steps and the bands won't stay on. I will do my best to help you with this! 

Regarding your step count, I'd suggest to confirm that the following are correct in the Fitbit app:

Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

About the bands, if you haven't done so yet, please take a look at this help article How do I wear my Fitbit device? for proper instructions on how attach your Luxe bands.
