Luxe won't track my steps and calories accurately

My Fitbit Luxe has not correctly measured my calories and steps today. When I look into when I’ve burnt calories it says I’ve burnt the same amount every hour. The line graph is all at one level. Same with number of steps per hour. It also said I’ve competed my 9/9 hours of 250 steps which I know I haven’t!

Hi @Kelseycharlish That is a bit weird! Try restarting your Luxe several times and hopefully that will fix the issue,  but is unlikely to fix your stats for today
