Luxe won't track my workouts

I bought fitbit Luxe 3 weeks ago and have a big issue already. 

It doesn't track my workouts, or it track 15- 20 minutes out of 45/60. 

I did restart and resinc- nothing has changed.

Please advise.

Hi @Klaudiaeris What type of workouts is it not recognising? Are you letting itauto detect a workout? Or using the exercise app to start and stop an activity?
