I forgot to take my Luxe of the charger for a few days and now it won’t turn on. It was working and charging correctly when I put it on the charger, but now it won’t turn on a few days later when I took it off. Shouldn’t it be fully charged? I tried the press 3 times to restart method, nothing happened. I’ve cleaned the charging areas and still nothing. I just got this as a Christmas gift and I’m really disappointed that I’m unable to use it.
