It was working fine, put it on charge (it wasn't empty) and now I just have a black screen. It doesn't respond to tapping. I've tried plugging and unplugging it from the charger. There are no lights on the back. What next?

Hi there, @Pmorton. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe screen is still blank despite the steps you've done so far. I will be glad to help you with this.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I left it plugged in overnight and it seems to have sorted itself. It came back with the wrong date and time but I synced it again and it's working again. Thanks for replying.

I am having the same issue as Pmorton. I used my Fitbit on a run this morning and it was working fine. I put it on the charger for a bit of a boost (it was still at around 30%) and now I just have a black screen. I have tried resetting it (tap the button on the flat end of the charger 3 times, wait) and I have tried changing the clock face through the app, but I still have a black screen. I've only had this device for a month, really disappointed to have issues like this already?

It's happened to me a couple of times since. It comes on again later, but also seems to get itself in a muddle when it comes back on, and I have to reset time and date.
