Luxe won't turn on and it's stuck on Fitbit logo

The appt say the battery is full , and yet  Luxe is black and won't respond by tapping...and battery drain  by next day,  I am recharging again next day it does shows the logo  but that's all

and black again!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance. 

As a friendly reminder, please note the battery level on the Fitbit app updates every time you sync. That means that if your Fitbit hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last time sync.
