I can't turn my Fitbit on and it's fully charged

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Luxe. 

It's interesting that you mention the device isn't turning on even though it's fully charged. Do you see any green lights on the back, or do you feel the tracker vibrate?
