My luxe face will not display anything & will not sync.
i charged it overnight & this morning it was at 100%.
However, it appears to have ceased working entirely.

Hi, @BBatista , please try giving your Fitbit Luxe a restart - instructions can be found in this help article . A restart can solve many issues, particularly a blank screen, that are causing your Fitbit not to work as expected, and will also usually prompt a sync. It is worth repeating the restart procedure a couple of times if it doesn’t work at first.
If after trying the restart 3 times your screen is still blank, I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will be able to look behind the scenes to see what is going on and help you further.

Greetings, mine was working fine yesterday. It has stopped working as well. No heart rate, no steps, no activities.

Hi, @ACLamar , as a first trouble shooting step I would recommend giving your Luxe a restart. The instructions for that are in the answer above. A restart can fix many issues, and if you get in touch with Customer Support they will recommend that as well, so it is a good idea to try it first.
I always recommend giving the restart a couple of tries, as a first restart does not always work.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried to restart multiple times but at this point it seems to just be a dead brick.
