Luxe won't turn on or charge

I updated my Luxe last night and this morning it died! It locked onto some screen that looked like the battery percentage screen that pops up when it’s connected to the charger and wouldn’t let me exit out of it. Then it just ran and ran until the battery died! Anyone else with this situation?

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes.
