I don't know what is wrong with my Luxe. Is it the battery? Is it the processor? It just won't turn on or charge properly. I called customer service about this several months ago and a kind assistant informed me about the little button on the USB cable to re-start it, and it worked great. He said, "great, if you have any other issues with your fitbit luxe we can send you a new one". I then went overseas for work and while I was away, the watch just didn't want to charge, and didn't want to turn on. I contacted customer service again, and got a very lazy unhelpful lady who walked me through "trouble shooting" which was not helpful, and she just basically said "sorry, your fitbit is now out of the warranty period" and that I am basically out of luck. Then I got a cheezy email offering me 35% off buying another one. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. From reading the forum it looks like the Fitbit Luxe has this recurring issue that has not been corrected, and many people have experienced the same problems I am having, but Fitbit just left me hanging even though they are aware that there is a problem. What else can I do since "resetting" the watch with the little button on the cable is no longer helping????

@JaimieC You could try getting a new charging cable. It might just be that the charging cable is dying or dead. But if that doesn't work, I'd call back to customer support. Hopefully you get a new support person that will be helpful.

I am having a similar problem. My app says my watch is charged, but the watch is completely unresponsive whether it is plugged in or not.

i have a haunch its the processor.
This is my problem which they havent solved yet.
as you can see i charged it it was at 100% removed from the charger and watch is dead. Recharged and battery goes back to 1% .. clicked reset button in charger 3x watch resets but battery still at 1%. Removed the charger and placed it back on to watch and battery goes back to 100%. Removed the charger but watch is still dead. Dont know anymore how to proceed from here. This watch is a backup of.my fitbit charge 4 i bought in 2021. Bought the luxe and charge 4 at the same time. Kept the luxe, charge 4 got damaged and when i was about to.use the luxe, this happened. I dont know what protection i get as customer if warranty is lapsed. Its sad that these things happen. we just have to accept as customers i guess. If nothing positive will.come out of this at least i gave you guys feedback on luxe watch i bought.

I’ve had the same problem. The issue is that after the 1 year warranty is over you are screwed. This is my 2nd Fitbit. Since they changed the app to not included any challenges I have canceled my subscription and when I can I am going to switch to a different brand. It’s a shame because I have been using a Fitbit for about 6 years and have always loved the small size for my petite wrist and loved the challenges that I could do with friends and family.

I am having the identical issue. I ordered another cable, same issue. I even used a different USB port to charge it from thinking something could be wrong with the port, still the same result.
